Information we collect.
We collect the email address you provide, your diagnostic answers, optional written comments, and any feedback or support messages you send us. Answers can include information about your audience, offers, business activity, revenue ranges, priorities, and working capacity.
We also keep the results and written report generated from your answers, records of report access and email delivery, and records of any optional email choices you make. A signup can be recorded even if you do not finish the survey.
Our hosting, survey, and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and delivery events to operate and protect their services. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or confidential information about other people in survey comments.
How we use information.
We use information to process your diagnostic, calculate results, create and store your Creator Read, deliver report emails, help you regain report access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
We also use survey answers, optional comments, and feedback to understand creator needs, review the quality of our guidance, and improve KEXR’s research and products. Public research summaries should use aggregated or de-identified information; we will seek your permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial or quotation.
AI-assisted reports.
We use OpenAI’s API to help produce the written explanation in your Creator Read. The input includes your survey answers, optional comments, calculated diagnostic findings, and selected research context.
Your diagnostic’s core findings come from structured scoring. AI-assisted writing can still be incomplete or inaccurate, so your report should be considered alongside your own knowledge and circumstances.
Service providers and disclosures.
Providers supporting the service include Tally for the survey, Supabase for database and backend processing, Vercel for website hosting, Sanity for public editorial content and media, Resend for report email delivery, and OpenAI for AI-assisted writing. These providers process the information needed for their part of the service, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information or provide your diagnostic answers to advertisers for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people’s rights or safety.
Report emails and optional KEXR emails.
Requesting a diagnostic allows us to send the messages needed to deliver and support your report. Optional educational, research, product, invitation, or offer emails are a separate choice.
You can withdraw permission for optional emails by contacting support@kexr.io or using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email. Withdrawing that permission does not prevent necessary messages about a report or support request you have asked us to handle.
Cookies, private links, and tracking.
KEXR uses necessary cookies to connect a survey session to its report and allow private report access. Private links can grant access to your report; treat them as confidential. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the immediate return to your report after the survey.
The current KEXR website does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers. We do not use browser Do Not Track signals to change the necessary processing described here. Third-party services, including the Tally survey, may use their own cookies and technical logs under their policies.
Storage, retention, and security.
We retain diagnostic answers and saved reports to provide access, support, and service improvement. Access and delivery records help protect the service and investigate problems. An expiring report link does not by itself delete the saved report.
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, subject to deletion requests and any legal or security requirements. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Your choices and requests.
You can choose not to complete the diagnostic, leave optional comments blank, and decline optional KEXR emails. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email support@kexr.io. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required for legal or security reasons.
Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. Contact us with a privacy question or request so we can review it under the requirements that apply.
Children’s information.
KEXR’s creator-business services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through KEXR, contact support@kexr.io so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the latest revision; material changes will be communicated as required. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@kexr.io.
