About the service.
KEXR provides creator research, educational information, and diagnostic guidance. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, or use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
Understand what your report means.
Your Creator Read is based on the answers you provide, structured scoring, selected research context, and AI-assisted writing. It is a snapshot of the information available, rather than a verified audit of your accounts, finances, audience, or business.
Findings may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee particular results, income, audience growth, or business outcomes. KEXR provides educational information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified advice when needed.
Your answers and information.
Provide information you are entitled to share and answer as accurately as you reasonably can. Do not submit another person’s private information without permission, or include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in comments.
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You allow KEXR and its service providers to process it as needed to deliver the service and for the uses described in our Privacy Policy. This does not give KEXR permission to publish an identifiable testimonial without your agreement.
Report access and sharing.
Private report links and session cookies help protect access to your Creator Read. Keep them confidential. A link may expire, and continued access may require a new link or verification. If you need help, use the report-link recovery page or contact support.
You may save your report and share your own results at your discretion. Consider removing personal or business details first. Sharing an access link can allow someone else to view the report.
Use the service responsibly.
Do not attempt to access someone else’s report, bypass security or access limits, submit malicious code, interfere with the service, or use KEXR for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse or protect the service and its users.
KEXR content and third-party services.
KEXR’s branding, designs, and original materials belong to KEXR or their respective owners. You may use your report for your own planning and share reasonable excerpts with attribution. These terms do not permit reselling KEXR’s materials as your own product or reproducing the service.
External websites and services, including the survey platform, have their own terms and privacy policies. KEXR does not control their availability or content. References to research or platforms do not imply an endorsement by their owners.
Availability and responsibility.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but access, email delivery, and report generation may be delayed or interrupted. We may update or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, KEXR is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Future paid products.
These terms cover the free services described above. Any paid offer will identify its price, what is included, and applicable purchase, delivery, and refund terms before payment. Completing the free diagnostic does not create a purchase or subscription.
Updates and contact.
